Job Description Job Roles:
Organizing an archiving system.
Labeling, sorting and categorizing documents for ease of use.
Retrieving documents upon request.
Outlining a long-term storage strategy.
Adhering to regulatory requirements.
Provide billing to the client such as shipping charges and consolidator charges
-Preferably graduate of custom administration or 4 years course related
-With atleast 1 to 2years experience in Logistics Operations.NVOCC, Manifestation, Billing Charges etc.
-Perform quality work within deadlines or without direct supervision.
-Good Organizational and Time Management Skills
-Sophisticated Manner (Ability to relate to people, clients and staff at all levels)
-Ability to work well clients and employees from diverse cultures.
-Basic proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Docs, Sheets
-With strong organizational skill, strong accuracy and excellent attention to details.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Team player and can work under pressure with minimum supervision
-Has solid attention to details to ensure accuracy
